Shad was awesome. He was quick to respond to my issue, arrived shortly after, went to work right away, explained the problem and found multiple solutions. I was also able to ask him questions about future concerns on other electrical problems I may have. He fixed this problem, and advised me on how to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
