- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your situation, goals, and immediate concerns. If we decide to move forward, you’ll complete a brief intake so I can understand your priorities such as emotional healing, co-parenting support, or navigating life transitions. From there, we create a personalized coaching plan using my S.H.I.F.T.™ framework, designed to help you move from overwhelm to clarity and confidence. Sessions are held virtually for convenience and privacy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Divorce Coach, a New York State Divorce Mediator (Part 146), and a Certified Paralegal. My background allows me to support clients with emotional clarity, structured guidance, and informed decision-making during divorce and co-parenting transitions.
