27 years as a Dressmaker/ Alteration Specialist, my goal is for each customer to walk out of my shop with a smile and confidence that the garment fits well. Also, for any Student that comes for lessons, to understand that sewing is an art that can be used in many different ways as long as the skill is properly taught.

Pro- Very helpful, honest, pleasant, and provided a quick fitting, recommendations, and a 2-day turnaround. Customer- One recommendation is to bring foundation garments close to what you'd wear with outfit being tailored to better support the targeted look one is trying to achieve.

I took sewing lessons with Nedy. She is a true teacher. As an educator myself, I really enjoyed how she taught me new skills and stepped away and allowed me to work independently. Through each project she taught me new skills were added and now I feel confident on a sewing machine. Nedy teaches with passion and truly wants keep the craft of sewing alive!
