Introduction: Hello, I am a Professional Strength & Conditioning coach as well as a Personal Trainer. I am certified in both. I also am a certified Olympic Weight Lifting Coach and certified Speed & Agility Coach. I have worked in the NFL, NHL and the NWSL (women's professional soccer league) training professional athletes. I have trained active individuals privately for over 15 years. I incorporate strength training, body toning/firming, core work as well as conditioning to make an overall total body fitness workout program. I train my clients either at their houses or outdoors (beach or park complex). I do also offer a nutritional program to my clients who are interested in one as well. The cost is adjustable depending on how many times a week an individual trains which we can always talk about. (we have to put a price down on here). I do have a number of clients up in your area. Our family has interacting with Michael Demakis on various levels. My daughter, a soccer player, has worked with Mr. Demakis on strength and agility for approximately the last 2.5 years in preparation for, and now playing college soccer. His training in combination with his recommended nutritional program has yielded great results. Specific areas of improvement that we can directly relate to Mr. Demakis include: strength, agility, ball control, endurance, speed and acceleration and most importantly a strong core that helps resist injuries and improves rate of recovery. I personally have worked with Mr. Demakis on nutritional program that has allowed me to lose 43 pounds. My wife and I now work work with Mike on a weekly basis to improve my strength and flexibility. We highly endorse Mr. Demakis as a personal trainer for the college-bound athlete as well as for those of us who want to get back in shape.

I have been in the best shape of my life since I started training with mike. His training sessions are always intense and different, keeping me motivated and engaged. He has pushed me to keep moving foward and to grow each session. He currently trains me as a division 1 soccer player , however I will continue to train with him when I'm older and out of college to stay healthy and toned. I highly recommend Mike to any athlete or anyone who wants to stay healthy, fit and or strong since he personalizes each training session depending on what ever that specific individual or group needs.

Throughout this hour long training session I am pushed physically and mentally. The sessions contain all body workouts/exercises. After the workout I genuinely feel better about myself (even though I'm always sore). However, within the workouts, there are always nice conversations that make the workout go by faster. I have been training with Mike for about two and a half years and with his help I gained helpful nutritional and fitness information. He helped me lose over thirty pounds with rigorous workouts and a healthy eating plan. Aside from the workouts, Mike is always very flexible with planning times to workout and is always willing to help you with certain aspects of your workout/health that you want to work on. Overall, the sessions are very hard and hit every part of your body (arms, legs, abs etc). I highly recommend working out with Mike if you are looking to train for higher performance levels, to get in shape, or to just better your health.
