- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Materials cost whatever they cost, I can’t influence them, but I can offer you an alternative, that might be better for your unique situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I troubleshoot the customer issue over the phone. I’ve done it so many times that I don’t even need to see the issue, few simple questions and few simple answers and I’m ready to estimate the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Have MS in mechanical engineering. I used to design systems that helped made solving problems more efficient.
