Brook's Computer Support was very professional. I messaged him my computer's issues and he let me know all that he could do to improve on it's performance. Common work completed for clients includes computer/OS tuneup and cleanup work, malware/virus removal, Operating system upgrade or re-installation and hardware repair and/or replacement. I am able to work on desktops and laptops, both Windows and Mac OS.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Biggest advice: Look for someone who has experience in the field. In my case, my regular job is as a Desktop Support Technician servicing both Mac and PC machines, and I am required to be proficient on both. Also look for someone who appears to be legit, and is willing to communicate to you.
