I had a bat problem in my Rochester home and Dale from Fingerlakes Wildlife Services responded quickly to assess my problem. He was professional and knowledgeable regarding the issue and developed a plan. He was great to work with, reached out to me on several occasions, even on weekends, just to check in with me. He truly cared about getting the bats out of the house. He quickly responded when I called him and made it a priority to help me and my family, and I would recommend Dale and FWS to anyone that needs service. A great person and great service.

The job is still in progress. So far it's going well. Too soon to give 5 stars about the work until I see the outcome I expect. I have seen positive results only a few days into the process. Dale has been very professional and the response time has been excellent with all communication! Would recommend!
