Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Are you looking for a professional, timely, and clean contractor, who consistently goes above and beyond what you've probably experienced in the past? Whether you're looking for a simpler "cookie cutter" remodel or looking to be the envy of the neighborhood, I take great pride in my "what would I want in my house" approach to every project. I am a contractor who absolutely loves what I do, especially the challenging projects, and I am a firm believer in doing it right the fist time. I spend a great deal of time putting together my proposals to potential clients to ensure an accurate and complete price for the turn key project you deserve. I will never price a project low just to "get it", so I can turn around and hit you with all kinds of extras. I find this practice unfair and unprofessional. A true professional should know his line of work and have the ability to provide complete and accurate estimates every time. I have spent the better part of the last 18 years renovating hundreds of kitchens and bathrooms of all sizes and scopes. Renovating a kitchen requires a sharp eye and close attention to detail to achieve the desired outcome. I have the experience to give you that dream kitchen you've always wanted. Additionally, I spent many years renovating kitchens and bathrooms for one of Americas largest home improvement stores and recieved consistent "voice of the customer" scores of 9.5-10 (out of 10) during those times. I will treat your home as if it were my own! Don't forget; I am a general contractor who can tackle any and all of your home improvement needs, so contact me today to see how I can help improve your home.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was born into this line of work. My father and grandfather were both builders from a young age as well. My father has been a senior project manager at Syracuse University for many years. I have had the advantage of learning many scopes of this business at a young age which has enabled me to learn and adapt with the always improving applications and technologies.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

This is an almost impossible question to answer. I am a general contractor in the truest sense of the word. In my opinion true GC's are a dying breed. I have the knowledge and tools to complete electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, tile, woodwork and so many more aspects of the remodeling industry. This gives us a time advantage as we are not waiting on other trades. While it is still necessary to involve other trades on occasion, the majority of our projects do not have a need for it. That being said, the most common projects we are involved in are kitchens, bathrooms, and basements. These projects range from simple to in depth renovations including relocating load bearing walls and even moving kitchens from one side of the house to the other.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for a very in depth proposal. This should include every detail of the project from the prep work to final clean up. Payment schedules should be outlined specifically to include scope completion payments and/or dates. Will project related debris be removed? Is painting included? What responsibilities will be left to the customer?
