Introduction: Dynamic Health & Fitness is a personal training studio dedicated to helping you achieve lifelong results. You are unique, and your program will be individualized to your wants, needs, goals and ability! Established in 2000, it is the education and passion of our coaches that has set Dynamic Health & Fitness apart from all the others. We wish to welcome you to our Dynamic Health and Fitness family; together, we will achieve your goals! Personalized Training Any good program starts with a professional assessment. The first step involved in any of our programs is a movement assessment. The purpose of the assessment is to discover the individual's thresholds of success. Your coach will customize a variety of movement tests based on you -- your tasks and your goals. We have teamed up with the Spark Motion technology company that enhances our ability to analyze your movement thresholds. Once we have identified your movement thresholds, your coach will design your personalized program. Your coach will also design a home-workable program based on you -- your tasks and your goals. Additional coaching sessions are available after the assessment to continue to work toward your goals! Sports Conditioning Programs Increase your vertical, establish your balance, accelerate faster, build total body strength, coordinate your moves, develop power on demand, and recover from your sport. We work with athletes, from the beginner to the professional level, of all ages and all abilities! Functional Fitness Classes Squat, lunge, lift, push, pull, shuffle, jog, reach, jump, and more to enhance your bodies capabilities to endure and to improve strength and power. Work toward your goals in our awesome class atmosphere! The Science Behind Our Programs We are a functional training center. The programs developed at Dynamic Health & Fitness are based on the "Principles of Applied Functional Science" developed by the Gray Institute. Applied Functional Science is the convergence of physical sciences, biological sciences, and behavioral sciences that consists of the principles-strategies-techniques process for functional assessment, training and conditioning, rehabilitation, and injury prevention that is practical for any and all individuals regardless of age or ability. Nick Leader and I have been working together for almost 5 years now. Nick is a very successful trainer who has built me up starting in 9th grade until now as I get ready to leave for college. He has pushed me to my limits physically but challenging me in class with different exercises. Also, since I play ice hockey, nick has correlated exercises in class to enhance my performance when I play my sport. Nick has also challenged me mentally by helping me think differently and have a more positive outlook on everything in life. Recently Nick and I participated in in a Spartan race, a 13 mile race with 22 military obstacles, up and down Mount Killington in Vermont. Nick and I say down and created a workout schedule to help us succeed, and we did! Nick is an excellent trainer and is now a very good friend of mine. He has helped me reach goals I never thought were possible, such as gaining 10 pounds of muscle in 10 weeks. I highly recommend nick for anyone who is interested in health and fitness!

I've been working with Nick for just about 2 months now. I can't say enough great things about my experience in training with him! I've worked with a trainer before and he did not even compare to my experience with Nick. Every day I come in, I'm greeted with a positive attitude and a smile! Always timely with his appointments and does an amazing job working with me to reach my goals; checking in on my progress, re-assessing goals, and making each and every session fun (while I sweat!). I leave everyday feeling even better than I walked in. Not to mention, with Nick's help, I've lost about 10lbs and am starting to see real definition in my muscles! He's gone above and beyond what I had expected when I first walked in the "office" and signed up with him:)

Nick is an extremely knowledgeable person with excellent people skills. Working with him is a pleasant experience. Nick tailors each exercise program to challenge and suit the needs of his clients, whether they be younger or older, athletic or "not so much". He is punctual, patient, and thoughtful in preparing each day's workout. He is attentive throughout the sessions, identifying the client's progress and making necessary adjustments. Nick has been helping me regain strength, balance and mobility after hip surgery. I work with him twice weekly, an hour each time, at DHF. I am making solid progress and intend to continue working with Nick at DHF. I have no complaints and no suggestions for improvement. I am very satisfied with Nick's service at DHF.

Nick is my personal health coach. I started working with Nick to correct some imbalances with tightness in my lower hip, shoulder and thoracic pain, and tension in my lower back. The first beginning sessions Nick explained in detail what was going on, and we agreed on a treatment plan. He gave me exercises to do at home that I did. We actually videotaped the corrective exercises on my cell phone so I knew what the exercise was, how many repetitions, and most importantly the correct way to do each one. My imbalances, tensions, and tightness was keeping me from accomplishing my goals of exercise, eating right, and motivation. I've been working with Nick for a couple of months or more and have every intension of continuing the sessions as I have seen a remarkable improvement. I'm running longer distances and the key is WITHOUT pain. My recovery time is minimal. I feel very comfortable with Nick. He explains things to me in a way I am able to understand. His directions are always complete and he will always ask if I have any questions to make sure I understand. He motivates me to do more and better. He values my intentions to what to do more. I simply cannot say enough about this health coach and would highly recommend him for anyone to the very young, middle-aged, older, senior, whomever. I have every confidence that I will continue to feel this good with Nick. At this point I cannot think of anything to improve my sessions with Nick.
