Personalized Training
Any good program starts with a professional assessment. The first step involved in any of our programs is a movement assessment. The purpose of the assessment is to discover the individual's thresholds of success. Your coach will customize a variety of movement tests based on you -- your tasks and your goals.
We have teamed up with the Spark Motion technology company that enhances our ability to analyze your movement thresholds. Once we have identified your movement thresholds, your coach will design your personalized program. Your coach will also design a home-workable program based on you -- your tasks and your goals. Additional coaching sessions are available after the assessment to continue to work toward your goals!
Sports Conditioning Programs
Increase your vertical, establish your balance, accelerate faster, build total body strength, coordinate your moves, develop power on demand, and recover from your sport. We work with athletes, from the beginner to the professional level, of all ages and all abilities!
Functional Fitness Classes
Squat, lunge, lift, push, pull, shuffle, jog, reach, jump, and more to enhance your bodies capabilities to endure and to improve strength and power. Work toward your goals in our awesome class atmosphere!
The Science Behind Our Programs
We are a functional training center. The programs developed at Dynamic Health & Fitness are based on the "Principles of Applied Functional Science" developed by the Gray Institute. Applied Functional Science is the convergence of physical sciences, biological sciences, and behavioral sciences that consists of the principles-strategies-techniques process for functional assessment, training and conditioning, rehabilitation, and injury prevention that is practical for any and all individuals regardless of age or ability.
