What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm constantly reading blog posts, and informational sights to keep up to date with photography. I also attend monthly meetings with other photographers to learn new tips and share tips and tricks. It's great to get our creative juices flowing and learn a thing or two! You can never learn too much, I think!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I fell in love with photography in high school. I would always snap photos of my friends. Then I fell in love with more fine art type images and put people photography on the back burner. 2007 was the year I plunged back into people photography, shooting my first few weddings and lifestyle sessions, I fell back in love and continued with fine art and added people back in the mix!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I commonly shoot weddings in the summer and fall months. I also book lifestyle sessions around my booked weddings. I try to find a day and time that will fit every ones needs!
