Jim repaired a damaged fence and installed a new gate for me. He did a great job. He was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. He made the process easy. Jim knows how to run a successful business - satisfy the customer.

Jim, and his team are AWESOME! Prior to hiring Jim, I received multiple estimates. Some estimates came in lower. I decided to go with Jim due to his professionalism, confidence in his ability to get the job done and he was genuinely a nice guy. The fence installation was completed a day before the agreed date, and within hours. What I appreciate most, he and his team put my dogs in the fenced in area and gave them water before they left. That was really kind! I have no additional areas that require a fence. If I did, without hesitation I would call Jim!!

Being a homeowner who was severely burned by a contractor just last year, you may imagine my trust level was not at an all time high. I look for others to review honestly as I will do now. When I first met Jim, I explained my expectations to him. A fair price, communication, and most importantly, show up when he says he will!! He and his brother Joe did exactly that!! If he was going to be a few minutes late, he called or texted me. He finished on time and the fence looks excellent!!! I know they were busy, however, I never felt like I wasn't his only customer. I highly recommend him and his services.

We needed to replace our old stockade fence that had fallen over. Jim gave us a fair price, kept us informed of the progress (rain delays), and did a very professional job. The vinyl privacy fencing looks great and is sure to please the neighbors behind us, as well. I'd highly recommend Trust a Fence and Jim Butler.

It was such a pleasant experience dealing with Trust a Fence. They did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. Jim kept us informed of the job progression from estimate to install and started and completed on time. They take pride in their work and it shows!
