We had a very quick and responsive experience with Algonquin Plumbing. He had an opportunity to up sell us on an additional drain project, but walked us through the simple fix that he could have charged an hourly rate to do and we wouldn’t have known the difference. We don’t have plumbing prices to compare to, but felt he was affordable based on the job. He also suggested we go with a cheaper fix, as it essentially would have done the same thing as the more expensive option. All and all we were satisfied and would use Gerard again!

We made a time for a quote and he called and let me know he was on his way. Estimate was reasonable and we decided that the following week he would do the job in am, called at 9am that day, he was on his way. Ran into a problem with the pipe that runs thru the roof was not secured, so he had explained everything to me and had to cut into the wall to secure the pipe. He even reattached the piece he cut out until I could get it fixed. I was amazed by the work he did in the basement, which was replacement of a main drain pipe that had corrosion. I would recommend him highly.

Algonquin Plumbing was very responsive and professional. I called with an issue on Thursday night and he was able to come to the house the next morning and fix our drainage. He gave us a price up front and held to that, and was in and out quickly. He also explained what the problem was and how his solution would help. Thank you!!
