MC Electric came to give me a quote which I accepted to replace two electrical panels and move a meter box outside the house. I tried to reach them for several days and they never answer the phone or responded to my messages. Mike then called me several days later saying he had applied for the permit and it should be ready by Friday (two days later), on Friday I contacted him again and after many attempts he got back to me saying he expected the permit to be ready the following Wednesday. When I contactes him on Tuesday he said that they were still waiting for the permit. I contacted him again on Wednesday, all the time via text as he never answers his phone and he said he was still waiting. I called the buildings dept. who had no record of him applying. I called him and again he didnt pick up I sent him a text message asking how he submitted the permit and he said via paper in person. Clearly that was a lie as they buildings dept. would have submitted the information into their system. I sent him another text telling him that the buildings dept. had no record and he never responded. This has cost me significant delays to my job as the power has been off for two weeks. I plan to take legal action to get back my costs. Do not ever use this person he is a complete fraud.
