We cover seven NYS counties within an hour drive of Malta, NY! We keep our dollars and cents locally; using local financial institutions and vendors. I had a water pressure problem and put out a request for quotes on Thumbtack. Living Water was the most inexpensive per hour so I had them come in to look at the problem. I'm glad I did becaude they were extrememy knowledgeable, very friendly and got the job done quickly. They gave me options on what I could do to fix the problem and were open to whatever I thought. Not pushy at all. We went with the cheapest fix and they didn't try to pressure me into something expensive. I cannot say how much I appreciated that. I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs going forward.

Albert Matos was professional, polite, and most of all went the extra mile to help resolve an unusual situation - a water pipe under the road in front of my house was crushed with winter traffic, and could not be dug up to be repaired. Albert found and ordered the perfect sized holding tank and jet pump for my cellar. I live in a fairly remote area. Albert came up after working hours to get the tank and pump installed, in below freezing temperatures, and then came back the next day to make sure the tank was filled successfully and the jet pump worked. I now have running water thanks to Alberto, for however long it takes the town to repair the road and the main.

Our company trains all of our employees constantly. There are a number of continuing education classes that we go through every year to be compliant on a state and federal level. We believe in exceeding industry standards.
