We are a small local family owned and operated company that provides prompt solutions in Home Improvement, Water Treatment, and Solar Services in the New York State capital region. We cover seven NYS counties within an hour drive of Malta, NY! We keep our dollars and cents locally; using local financial institutions and vendors. Our emergency department is on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

I had a water pressure problem and put out a request for quotes on Thumbtack. Living Water was the most inexpensive per hour so I had them come in to look at the problem. I'm glad I did becaude they were extrememy knowledgeable, very friendly and got the job done quickly. They gave me options on what I could do to fix the problem and were open to whatever I thought. Not pushy at all. We went with the cheapest fix and they didn't try to pressure me into something expensive. I cannot say how much I appreciated that. I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs going forward.

When I called got an appointment immediately. They where running late and called if it was ok that they would be late. Weren’t able to fix the radiator due to radiator being cemented to the floor. Explained everything to me Excellent crew and will definitely call again

All the employees were wonderful! They explained in detail what was going to be done and how! They answered all my questions. They did a great job efficiently! Would definitely hire them again for all my plumbing issues!!

Yes, our regular services have a set price that takes distance into account. We offer 10% to veterans.

To answer all of their questions, making sure that all the details of a job are in writing as well as the warranty.

Our company trains all of our employees constantly. There are a number of continuing education classes that we go through every year to be compliant on a state and federal level. We believe in exceeding industry standards.
