What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers who come back for services each week get a discount of 15% off of their entire charge, biweekly customers get 10% off, and monthly customers get 5% off the price of anything provided as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like being able to speak with the client about what it is that they want to get out of the particular service that they are requesting so that I have all the knowledge needed to give them the most satisfying results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although I do not have any formal education, I have been cleaning and organizing homes as a side job since college and am not using my stills to provide me with the funds for a full time job.
