Came and did a good job installing my door, never came back to finish second part of job of installing the trim around the door or transition from door to outside despite giving a deposit. Did not answer text or phone call. I moved on .

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent 20 years in the construction industry! for 15 years I was a project manager of a traveling construction company. and then I was engineering at one of the biggest country clubs in America! I really enjoy what I do and I never stop learning.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
One big thing customers dont think of is dimension. Whether it be dimensions of the item or of the space where work needs to be done. always think about your work space and dimensions of the item including height and difficulty of location.
