Love these folks!! Immediate, friendly response and no-wait service to my out-of-the-way location, which can be a major problem. I had almost decided it would be easier to buy a new dryer than wait weeks for a diagnosis and parts that might cost who knew what? $80 and two days to find out seemed worth the risk. Five minutes after Tommy arrived, he told me it wasn't broken, just in need of a serious declogging and greasing. I was practically delirious. All of $250 and 45 minutes later my groaning, rattling dryer was humming like new! Quick, friendly, reasonable, competent--I couldn't wait to tell my neighbors!
