Mr. Lou is very professional and punctual. Working with Tiderunner Engineering and Design was pleasant, each time that I had a question or concerns Mr. Lou responded quickly. My project was completed in an extremely timely manner and I am grateful for that. I would definitely recommend Tiderunner Engineering and Design!

Lou is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him. He could have up-charged me on a job and I would never have know. Instead he gave me honest information that saved me a lot of time and money. Highly recommend for his punctuality, professionalism, and honesty. Thank you.

very unprofessional. i had reached out to get plans drawn up for a wall that needed to replaced. a price was offered and i asked for it to be lowered which he has agree upon. before signing i realized that we needed it before the timeline given and asked about rushing it. his response was (copy and paste)
“If you want expedited service you have to pay for that. I have other clients who have paid and are waiting for their plans. Why would I put you ahead of them? “
First - i didn’t ask for it free. i asked if you can. you could have stated yes and then a price
Second - you agreed to the discounted price. you could have said no. it’s a business transaction. i didn’t blackmail you
Lastly - He increased his price by 150% for the expedited service
Needless to say, i went somewhere else with a better price and attitude.

Tiderunner Engineering & Design PC's reply
First, no services were rendered this was strictly over a proposal. I am sorry this client feels the way she does but she left some context out of this discussion. First, I was asked if I could provide signed and sealed plans and I said yes. I then made a proposal to provide this service for $1500.00 and she came back and asked if I could do it for $1200.00 since this was for her parents who were elderly. I agreed and then asked for appointment to be made, no answer. She then asked when I could start I then said that upon receipt of the deposit it take 3-4 weeks to deliver plans. She then said she needed them in one week and then replied with email quoted. Her math however is flawed. I told her I would provide expedited plans for $2000 which when the math is done is a 75% increase and I normally double my fee for expedited plans. Again I was willing to work with her on the price but the job had to fit in my schedule. I wish her luck with her project
