When my elliptical machine broke, the manufacturer could not send out a repair person for two months. That person previously struggled to repair the machine. Instead, I hired a local company that broke it even more, charged for the visit and refused to return any phone calls. Admittedly, this model is difficult to work on but wasn’t there someone in the tri-state area that could fix it? Hughes from Kingdom Fitness Supply was that someone. He did not give up, despite the design flaws of the machine, and I can now exercise on it again. Thank you Hughes.

I wish I could add “responsiveness” and “punctuality” to what I liked! They did a great job - came on time and worked efficiently to disassemble and then reassemble my equipment in another room. Extremely pleased at the ease with which they accomplished the whole job - they are clearly experienced with this. Recommend highly!
