Jay’s Heating & Cooling

Needed a plumber to look at my water heater (I knew it was nearing end of life). I've mucked around with it too much myself. Tried Thumbtack for first time and Jay responded first and was able to come right over. He got me running again. I asked him for a price on replacing and I liked what I heard. Yada, yada. Two days later water heater is installed and all good. I will call him again if/when I need a plumber. Thanks, Jay.

I must say Jay really went above and beyond. Estimated appropriately, finished earlier than I thought. He really knows his plumbing. He helped me install a new water heater. He explained that he capped my coil. He is very knowledgeable and really came through! Will 100% use him again!
