Detailed Estimate: Based on the information gathered during the consultation, we provide a detailed, written estimate outlining the scope of work, materials needed, and projected timeline for the project. Contract Agreement: Once the customer approves the estimate, we draft a contract outlining the terms and conditions of the project. This ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the project's scope and expectations. Scheduling: We work with the customer to schedule a convenient start date for the project, taking into consideration any specific deadlines or time-sensitive needs. Execution: Our team of skilled professionals works efficiently and diligently to complete the project as agreed upon, maintaining open communication with the customer throughout the process. Realizing that I truly enjoyed helping people improve their living spaces and seeing the positive impact it had on their lives, I decided to turn my passion into a profession. I pursued formal education and training in construction, design, and project management to further develop my skills and knowledge. With a solid foundation in the industry and a genuine love for what I do, I started Modern Improvements to provide high-quality home remodeling and improvement services to homeowners in our community. My goal has always been to deliver exceptional results that exceed our clients' expectations and help them create their dream homes. Since then, our team has grown, and we have had the opportunity to transform countless homes, building lasting relationships with our clients along the way.
