I would not hesitate to hire Mena again. Had two pieces of large, heavy furniture needed to go up flight of stairs. Great communication. I sent description and photo. They sent quote and availability. It was done the next morning. My son is planning to move in a few months and I will have him call Mena. They get my highest recommendation - I have no reservations about recommending them.

Very disappointed with the service. I scheduled a garbage pickup for 3:00 PM and had everything moved to the curb for their coming. No one showed up, and nobody answered calls. At 4:20 PM, they simply texted asking to reschedule for the next morning. No regard for city ticket, the inconvenience of finding another hauler at the last minute, or having to move 15 yards of debris back onto the property at the end of the work hours. If you want to experience what I have been through today, give them a shot.
