- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing we don’t charge how long is going to take or how we receiving pay , we count we experience and right tools to do the jobs , which we looking to offer an affordable price and nice job. And we give our customers 6 month warranty in which something happens in where due the materials use or a installation problem we fix it no charging.!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normal via text , phone or in person , we set a time to discuss and see what they looking for and take measurements see materials the would use and tell them if they willing to them buy the material or me take everything from nails to up. Because of the store credit and discount I have.
