- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$75 for basic income tax return (1) W2 Single and Head of household. $250 for Married. $5 for each additional W2. $300 per Schedular C. per year. I accept credit cards or money orders or cash. I aso offer Bank Products for my clients to receive their returns on credit card ot check.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer face to face or phone interview appointments with clients while I complete return but not necessary. Can be done over internet. Client must have photo Identification and Social security's) cards of all those in household being claimed along with all W2"s or Self Employment documentation. I will send you or I will complete during phone or face to face interview information form which needs to be completed and placed in your file. You may send me copies of information by email or text to confirm indentification and put in file. Along with completed information form. I also recommend having on hand a copy of the prior year 1040 so that I may compare last years return. Client must also confirm Health insurance or no health insurance. Once file is completed payment arrangments for return must be made and I will email you a copy of your return for your records I will file return with government. I offer bank products such as credit card or check refund. or you may elect direct deposit or check sent to you by government/state agency.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Federal and State mandated required training and certification for Professional Tax Preparation and I also have a BA degree from Stony Brook University in New York. I am also a Notary Public.
