I have been training for 6 years and have my own private facility equipped with machines and weights and other equipment. I have experience working with all people from all walks of life. I currently hold a senior citizen program for half hollow hills school district as well as train athletes preparing for jiu jitsu competition. Training at Gymtensity has been a great experience. Not only do you get tips with working out, he gives you tips for everyday life & the speech’s are great. I never met at trainer that’s so passionate and actually cares about the clients wants / needs. I will continue with Gymtensity and show more improvements.
