We found Dina on facebook and I am so happy that we did! She guided us from filling out the application through translating our certificates and doing our ceremony. She answered all our questions and sent us the ceremonies so we could choose the one we wanted for her to say and helped us with our vows, we repeated after her but she sent us the vows and chose the perfect ones for us. I highly recommend Dina! She told us how to obtain our birth certificates from our country online and she also translated our birth certificates for our marriage license. She came to our home and did our ceremony in Spanish and it was beautiful, short and sweet 😊. I am so thankful to have found her and will be telling all my friends about her translation skills and of course if anyone wants an officiant to do a ceremony in Spanish she is the one to call. Such a nice person, so professional and helped us so much.

Ms. Gutierrez did the certified translations from Spanish to English and for my husband Portuguese to English (birth certificates and divorce documents) to obtain our marriage license and she also officiated our ceremony. She helped us on every step of the way, she answered all our questions. She traveled to our venue to officiate our wedding and unfortunately had to wait a little longer than expected since we had an issue with the place at the venue where our ceremony was going to take place. She did a bilingual ceremony, all of our friends and family felt very included and I loved that. She is patient, very professional, well spoken, punctual and knowledgeable. We highly Recommend her.

While planning our last minute elopement we were worried we wouldn’t be able to find an Officient on time but thankfully I stumble upon thumbtack while frantically googling and there I came upon Dina! Dina was so wonderful to work with, from the fast response to all the tiny details that went into our ceremony, she made our day so incredibly special and memorable. She personalized everything to match the mood of our venue and took into consideration our bilingual family which was very appreciated. We even had to change our original time due to a family member being unable to attend and Dina was flexible and able to accommodate a new time. Everything was perfect and went incredibly smoothly. Even the paperwork was filed quicker than we had anticipated! We are forever grateful to Dina and her hard work and professionalism that went into making our special day all the more special. We would 100% hire her again if we were to do it all over again! Thank you forever Dina!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge half for the project first and the other half when the project is done, weather it’s a translation, administrative work, interpretation or a wedding ceremony. My pricing depends also on how many pages the work is. For a wedding ceremony on the distance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For couples I like to ask them what type of ceremony will they prefer and the length of the ceremony. For translations: I speak with the client in regards the translation requirements from the agency where they are sending the translation to. Interpretations: I ask the client beforehand if it will be for a medical office, a legal matter or an approximate on the time of the interpretation as it varies. I talk about pricing with all my clients, I like to accommodate my clients and make them happy.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve interpreted via zoom or phone to clients in different states. Also in person. I live in NYS but I’ve had the opportunity to translate documents via email and all certified translations I have mailed to my clients from other states. As an officiant I work with all different types of clients and I love it. I can go to their house or the venue where they want to get married.
