- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing excludes tolls which are billed at cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Convenience for my customers is a very high priority. I request a conversation early, primarily for the couple to meet me and have the time needed to decide if I am the person to officiate their wedding. Understanding schedules are always challenging, I am flexible to speak evenings and weekends.
