- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer services with the cost based on location. You can find a service area map and fee schedule on our website. If your event will be held outside of the service area, please contact us to see if we can accommodate you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we talk via email, in person, on the phone, or via video so the couple can get a feel for us to see if we meet their needs. If they are comfortable with us and want to book, we accept a deposit and send example ceremonies to look at. Some couples like pieces, others like a particular ceremony as it is, others want to write their own or have one written for them. We work with the couple to create a ceremony that reflects them.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do custom personalized ceremonies, so there is not a common job that we do. Our clients have events ranging from just the couple to several hundred guests in attendance, from beaches to gardens to catering halls and anywhere in-between. We give each couple the attention they deserve regardless of who they are and where it is held.
