My name is Athanasios Perakis, and I've been the owner of Bilos Plumbing & Heating for over 44 years. When I immigrated to America from Greece, I've developed a passion for plumbing and helping those who are less fortunate. My old office was based in Cambria Heights, Queens, NYC and I was very well known in the community for offering affordable pricing and outstanding professionalism, as well as creating personal connections with my clients. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, depending on the severity of service needed, we schedule an in-person consultation, we do however offer phone-consultations as well. We require a deposit for certain materials then we perform the service in 1-2 days.
