FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing for repair or new masonry as there are so many unknown factors such as materials, job conditions and every house or building is different. This is why it is very important to have a face to face meeting with the customer
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually after contact is made with a new customer I like to set up an appointment. I think it is important that the customer gets a feel for you and your business. It all so gives me a chance to go over the job and offer my opinion and options to the customer which you can not do in a text or email message.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was educated in Dublin Ireland. I then completed a 4 year apprenticeship in bricklaying and masonry in a technical college.
