- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm here to discuss with you and find a logical price for the time, material and difficulties of the job. My moto is to do the work right and safe and leave you 100% satisfied. I'm a full-time experienced journeyman electrician and a father of two kids, who tries to do the next step and start a small business to support his family.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To schedule an appointment to check the work. The information that the customers provide on the app could be helpful and save us/them time, but a quick walkthrough from a professional on the spot is always a good practice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm an engineer and an experienced journeyman electrician with all the certificates required in the construction industry.
