From the moment he arrived at my doorstep early, to the time he dropped me off at my destination 1.5 hours away, it was a journey of comfort and professionalism. It was evident from the start that he values his passengers' time as much as his own. His well-maintained and comfortable vehicle was immaculate, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for the journey. What truly set Isac apart was his kindness and consideration. He greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile, creating an immediate sense of ease. He exhibited a level of friendliness and attentiveness that was nothing short of remarkable. His demeanor was not just professional but genuinely personable, making the trip feel like I was catching up with an old friend. When picking me up a week later for the return leg of my trip, he was in the area an hour plus earlier than my estimated time of arrival in case my cruise ship came in earlier. And we did. Communicating via chat in the app was a breeze and he got me back home 2 states away safe and sound. Isac even went out of his way to drop my boyfriend to his bus stop some minutes away in NYC so he wouldn't have to wait around for an Uber and did not want to accept any additional compensation. No matter where you need to go, consider Isac. He loves to drive and he will work with you to get you where you need to go reliably. I booked Isac to take us from Conn to JFK and was very very pleased that I did. First, his rate was extremely competitive with other car services, saving us quite a lot of money. Second, he arrived earlier than our scheduled pick-up time which was to our benefit as we encountered a lot of rush hour traffic and heavy downpours on the 2 1/2 hr drive to the airport. He was courteous and friendly never losing his professionalism. I will always call Isac when I need a driver and will definitely recommend him to others.
