Hello there! I’ve lost 26lbs and counting from Niki’s combined Nutrition + Fitness programs. I don’t speak much so time giving this review comes with seriousness because this is the bare minimum compared to what someone like Niki brings to the table.

I first started training with Niki 2 years ago at the beginning of 2018. I didn't think I'd be able to go past 2 months, nevertheless here I am in 2020 during the COVID-19 epidemic and I'm still going. Niki helped me in ways I never knew was possible. I've lost 10% body fat, and achieved the best shape of my life. Not only was I in the presence of quality high-value fitness coaching, but I was receiving counseling in Nutrition. Since she has a college degree in Nutrition Science, I was able to learn so much from her such as the importance of vitamins from things like fibrous vegetables. The next person to hire Coach Niki, will receive much more than whatever they pay for. That's a guarantee.

Amazing! The best trainer around! I have accomplished things with Niki I never thought were possible. With a great personality this is definitely her passion!!! She’s tough but fair at the same time. Her expertise shows in her knowledge of the movement of human body. The Flexibility Strength and Corrective exercises are amazing. As An added bonus Niki has a degree in Nutrition Health & Wellness. Clearly a 10 out of 10!

Niki is wonderful! I 100% recommend her! She's been great, especially during this pandemic. She takes the precautions re: COVID, which I like very much. It put me at ease. I love how she pays attention to what you're struggling with and makes changes to the routine she has put together for you. It made such a difference! I can't tell you how nice it is to have someone else worrying about those details. My work schedule is quite busy and I care for my mother and having someone like Niki to be your personal trainer is just the best gift I've ever given to myself. If you're unsure who to choose with all the trainers on here, I hope my review makes it an easier decision for you. 🙂

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Working with new clients, I will take them through a functional movement screen (FMS). This will show me any muscle imbalances they may have in their body and the areas that are stronger or weaker. This information is very important to me because it tells me how I will make your exercise program, specifically built for you and nobody else. My programs are very individualized and no two people could do the same program, unless they have the same muscle imbalances.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine), YES (Youth Exercise Specialist), ViPR Certified (Vitality, Performance & Reconditioning), Kettlebell Certified, Trigger Point Certified, Animal Flow Certified, Pre/Post Natal Certified. I also have a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Health & Wellness.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I started my interest in fitness and nutrition in college. I was a college softball athlete who just wanted to hit the ball harder and farther. As soon as I began strength training and cleaned up my diet, I did just that. That sparked my interest in nutrition and how important nutritious food is to our bodies. I began studying nutrition in college and wanted to find something that would compliment my nutrition degree. That is when I found personal training. Ever since then, I have fallen in love with nutrition and training as a whole. There is nothing better than a well rounded diet in combination with an amazing exercise program.
