Javier is extremely knowledgeable & very helpful. I wanted him to transfer all my music, photos & turbo tax to the new computer. He found a defective WiFi card on the new computer & immediately ordered a new card & replaced it & charged me only $26 which was the cost of WiFi card.Mt external hard drive was corrupted which had lots of photos. He was able to transfer all photos to the new computer.I am extremely satisfied with his work & recommend him for any computer related issues.

Jk Techs - I went to JK Techs in Beacon, NY to fix my computer. Javier went above and beyond. I had surgery, so I couldnt drive, he fixed my computer and dropped it off at my house. He stayed, showed me everything and made sure I had everything set up and understood. He was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He was very reasonable. He offered to help me with any computer related questions I may have. I am so glad I found him. I highly recommend him. I will only use him for now on. Thank you very much Javier.

Wow, Javier made it look easy! Super great experience from start to finish (made sure the parts I picked were compatible before I ordered anything). Extremely Knowledgeable & passionate explaining every detail of the building & start up process, making sure to give advice on future things PC owners need to know I thought that was above and beyond.We built it in about 3hrs at the shop, super seamless and a very relaxing experience with GREAT music taste!This is definitely the right place for your computer needs
