Jk Techs - I went to JK Techs in Beacon, NY to fix my computer. Javier went above and beyond. I had surgery, so I couldnt drive, he fixed my computer and dropped it off at my house. He stayed, showed me everything and made sure I had everything set up and understood. He was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He was very reasonable. He offered to help me with any computer related questions I may have. I am so glad I found him. I highly recommend him. I will only use him for now on. Thank you very much Javier.

Fantastic 5-star computer repair shop! Javier fixed my laptop in a timely manner and went above and beyond in helping with an unrelated printer issue. Communication was perfect and he made sure my issue was resolved and all my needs were met. Couldnt recommend his shop more! Highest recommendation!! Id return there in the future 100%!

Javier is extremely knowledgeable & very helpful. I wanted him to transfer all my music, photos & turbo tax to the new computer. He found a defective WiFi card on the new computer & immediately ordered a new card & replaced it & charged me only $26 which was the cost of WiFi card.Mt external hard drive was corrupted which had lots of photos. He was able to transfer all photos to the new computer.I am extremely satisfied with his work & recommend him for any computer related issues.
