I took out a service contract with Shelter Air last year. This was my second wellness visit. I am extremely satisfied with their service. The team showed up early si e they had a cancellation. Chris double-checked that the filter was the correct size for my furnace (seems a smaller size was put in last year). He cleaned both the inside furnace coils and the outside AC unit. Both Chris and his assistant were neat, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. They were very kind and friendly with my 3 small dogs, which by itself, earned them an A+.

Great experience working with this Shelter Air! They did excellent work installing our heat pumps and mini splitseverything was handled professionally and efficiently from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable, clean, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Highly recommend!

Kim was super knowledgeable and patient. More importantly, they were available, which is insanely rare in the HVAC business. Other guys, who I like personally, just dont pick up the phone after they finish the job. Looking forward to working more with Shelter.

We worked with Kimberly and her team to flush and maintain our NG boiler and install basement and attic spray foam insulation in our whole home. Kimberly was excellent to work with. Knowledgeable, generous with her time and provided great guidance. Pricing was competitive with other service and insulation providers. The bidder for her chosen insulation contractor was a bit less enjoyable to work with, but in the end their crew did a good job and left our home as clean as they found it, despite the tremendous mess created by the work. They were fast and conscientious. The house feels warmer already!
