The gentlemen showed up a little late due to traffic but he sent a message before hand to alert us know he'd be late. Walked in and started immediately, he was done in all of 10 minutes and had our door working like new. Apparently, we have a 40+ year old sliding door that due to basic wear and tear, stopped locking. Therefore, he made some adjustments and told us what to do next time if it should happen again. Told my husband he had been in the field for over 10 years. Great person to work with! My husband said, he is our new locksmith... We will be using him for all of our future needs.
