- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing for primary services include two 60 minute recorded conference calls, with relevant supplemental materials in PDF, PowerPoint, Word or audio formats. Customers/Clients receive their recordings and supplements as part of their 30 day package priced at $500.00. Subjects areas include business, marketing and operations plans. Standard pricing for intermediate services include two 75 minute recorded conference calls, with relevant supplemental materials in PDF, PowerPoint, Word or audio formats. Customers/Clients receive their recordings and supplements as part of their 90 day package priced at $750.00 per month. Subjects areas include employee to entrepreneur transitions, business development, client acquisition, business, marketing and operations plans. Standard pricing for premium services include two 90 minute recorded conference calls, with relevant supplemental materials in PDF, PowerPoint, Word or audio formats. Customers/Clients receive their recordings and supplements as part of their 180 day package priced at $1,000.00 per month. Subjects areas include complex project outcomes for start-up, entrepreneurs, business owners. This program entitles customer/client to select one additional option from the 90 day program. Projects requiring 12 to 18 month engagements require project specifications and one conference call at to charge with the Project Owner to define and comprehend scope and content, time and materials before a quote is presented for review.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I use a proprietary on-boarding system allowing the customer/client to be focused on what results they can expect to achieve according to their specific need. Our worked is defined clearly and the customer's deliverables are also defined clearly. Our goal is to work with customers and clients in partnership to fulfill their expectations and needs for a successful project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a trained executive management consultant holding a Masters in Business Administration specializing in executive management. My training in technology contributes to my Master of Science in Telecommunications/Computer Science. I hold a Masters in Interactive Online Marketing as well as a certificate in the Business Growth Masters Series 3.0 from the Chet Holmes International program.
