Introduction: Offering private or semi-private instruction on horseback riding - balanced seat for absolute beginners to the experienced equestrienne. One-on-one, bareback with no stirrups or reins, (saddle if necessary), you will be guided through the experience of developing perfect balance and harmony with your mount. English pleasure, hunter/jumper, dressage, and western riding - a centered, secure seat and independent hands are the foundation for all disciplines. With 87 acres of trails, mountains, meadows, riding rings and streams, Shady Farm boasts an abundance of beauty of the Catskill Mt. Parks Region located in the scenic Hudson Valley, just 4 miles from the center of Woodstock, NY. Come on up for a wonderful outdoor experience, or I can travel to your location, to help you brush up your riding skills or prepare for upcoming competition. If you have had trouble being in the top ribbons, give me a call and let's get started on correcting the basic issues in your riding and get your relaxed, confident and correct!
