Greg Shannon from Westfair reviewed my current water softener and filter system and gave excellent advice. He suggested we clean and recalibrate the softener and replace the filter system with a Kinetico K5 system. Morgan and Brandon were the installers and they did an terrific job setting up and explaining the system and arranged for annual servicing. I highly recommend Westfair- they were terrific.

I had several concerns and special requests with respect to the installation of our new water softener system. The work was done carefully and as requested. The pre sales support by George was also excellent with detailed answers to my many questions.

We had a great experience with Westfair! The free in-home water testing was very informative and hands-on. Installation was scheduled quickly, and the technician's work was quick, clean and works great. We love our new water softener!
