- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on having competitive pricing. We know customers struggle with this part of the process. We are fair when it comes to pricing and we make sure to involve the customer so they know exactly what they are being charged for. We are very transparent throughout the whole process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Initial intro call -Stop by for a visit! (helps to see the actual space). During the visit we will go over details, take some photos, write down some notes, etc. -Work on quote! -Send quote to client and discuss (first time customers get discounts) -Stop by for more thorough visit -3D renderings to show final results. We will consult with client to make any necessary changes -Get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-We have two home improvement licenses (NY & CT) -15+ years of flipping homes in California, New York, Massachusetts, and Connecticut -We also specialize in wood working (we do custom pieces for many of our clients)
