- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing includes transportation to your location, how long it will take to accomplish what you want done, The cost of the products needed, and the skill and education of the professional. All this is included in your quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to meeting I’d like to know what they are looking for me to do for them. I like pictures of what they look like now and what their inspiration pictures are. .Sometimes people want something in a picture that might not work for the persons face shape or hair quality or Eyeshapes or body type. I insure no false expectations. I communicate openly with the individual and tell them what we can accomplish based on what they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters degree in business and in communications. The first part of my life I was a businesswoman working in corporate America. When my children got older and I had more flexibility with my schedule I decided to go back to school and get my cosmetology license. I love education and I continue to educate myself on all of the new techniques for hair. I also am understanding of what people of a certain age require for their skin and their hair and don’t try to make everyone look the same because everyone is very different and have various ages. I pay a lot of attention to that and I always default to the natural look which looks good on everyone but can be and is customized to individuals.
