unfortunately, this App only allowed me to choose 3 out of 5 reasons for giving this contractor Five Stars and I wish I had taken before photos. My basement flooded a few months ago. Lincoln came to my home and quoted a price within my budget. The next day he arrived on time with supplies and work partner. The walls in my basement were repaired a day less than what was estimated. The work was perormed professionally and they cleaned up each day. I cannot wait for Lincoln to install my basement floor tiles next.

I hired Lincoln of New Looks Home Improvement to repair a slanted, partially falling bathroom ceiling and a water-damaged wall. He removed old wallpaper, installed waterproof sheetrock on all the walls, then fully primed and painted the space. I am extremely pleased with the results. Lincoln and Wendy, his assistant, was punctual, personable, and very trustworthy from start to finish. Lincoln explained his entire process clearly, answered every question, and even created a detailed contract on the spot. He showed me exactly what caused the damage and offered practical solutions to prevent future issues. His work was expert, efficient, and affordable. He kept the area clean, disposed of all debris outside, and was very accommodating throughout the project. The bathroom looks brand-new thanks to his skill and attention to detail. I would absolutely hire him again. Highly recommended!
