It's hard to contact the Paul in any way, he comes and go in his schedule, the job was done ok, however he never signed off the job for me since Oct of last year, tried to contact him after he collected all the money, he might pick up the once a while and promised me to sign off the job but never did, very disappoint and I don't know what else to do.

Pursuant to a notice of violation from the city regarding my sidewalk I contacted Mr. Singh. He came to inspect my sidewalk, gave me an estimate of $1500. I hired him and received a contract via email, which I signed and mailed with a deposit of $200. I was then unable to reach Mr. Singh by email or phone for three weeks. When I reached him by phone he replied that he did have the work permit and would come the following week, which he did. He and his workmen spent the morning removing the cracked concrete and putting down the new sidewalk. He said he would come back to remove the wood frame in a few days. I paid him in full. The following morning, we noticed that one of the lawn sprinkler heads adjacent to the new sidewalk was broken off and the water had sent mud all over our new sidewalk. I called the sprinkler company and they sent someone over to repair it at a cost of $100. I then relayed that information to Mr. Singh via email. I have not heard back from him nor has he come to remove the wood frame from the sidewalk. This seems to me to be less than honest. I would not recommend this company.

Had stairwell in front of my house rebuilt for leaks. Was promised once stairs were rebuilt would be no more leaks. What a BIG LIE. Stairwell still leaking and I am having a problem getting issue resolved, mind you I'm still paying loan for entire work totaling over $24,000. Theses guys were contracted out of Patriot Home Improvement, whom the contractor doesn't work for anymore. Now have to battle this out. These guys are SHADY>
