Shelvin did a great job with my taxes. I started with TurboTax plus feature that gave you the option to speak to a live representative. Well, when I came upon a few questions I was having a hard time discerning, I reached out to the representative and they were always unavailable! Ugh. So I decide to use a tax service and I went on Thumbtack and Shelvin was the first person to respond about my tax inquiry. We had an initial conversation, I expressed my issues I was having with TurboTax, and he let me know that he would be more than happy to take care of my taxes. He uses a very secure portal for sensitive tax information which is peace of mind. He provided me the best filing option and really maximized our return this year! I would would use him again next year.
