I was in a jam as I had someone cancel, and must say, the Traveling Taproom was very responsive and supportive and were able to accomodate my immediate schedule. In terms of service and cocktail preparation, they still need far more experience to provide a 5 star rating. The servers seemed uninterested, extremely new in the field, and frankly, most people had to return or add things to their cocktails to be able to ingest them. We chose 3 fairly simple drinks and the bartender was unable to execute - while people ordered the same cocktail, each was different in color and flavor. Most of the time was spent trying to modify rather than enjoying the beverage. I wish them all the best with future progress and hope someone else has a better experience with them.
