I give the customer 28 yrs of my experience as an electrician. The way I do it in my house is the way I do it in their house. And I don't cut corners. When I'm finished, I clean up after myself and I leave the job as if I'm never there. My biggest enjoyment is giving the customer the best quality job that I can possibly offer. The things that I install for them are usually the things they have to wait a long time for because they simply didn't have the money at the time. And once it's installed, they can finally enjoy it!

Eric responded almost immediately to our request for work. Several outlets in the kitchen needed to be updated and re-fit. Eric was efficient and professional. We then asked him to remove ceiling fluorescent fixtures and replace them with pendant lighting, which involved moving the location of the electrical box. He is meticulous and precise, and he takes pride in doing whatever job it is thoroughly and carefully. Eric will be my go-to-guy for any electrical work we need done in the future. Eric is very meticulous and will make sure he has done everything right. He did a great job with my electrical work. He wired 220 to my new spa, added a couple of outlets (inside and out), installed a ceiling fan and rewired a couple others. Thanks Eric.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Only certain jobs I'll have a flat rate for. Examples: ceiling fans- remove existing and install new, $125. To remove light fixture and install ceiling fan in its place which wld require replacing a standard ceiling outlet box and install new ceiling fan bar box, $175. $250 if I have install wiring and box for switch and ceiling fan complete. Service upgrades between $2000-2500. PVC pipe install. Panel changes range from $800-$1200 depending on the # of circuits
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Basically getting to know the customer and finding out their particular needs. Being upfront and honest.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the construction field since I graduated HS, 1988. I've done everything residential as well as commercial. Very little industrial. Working w voltages 120/208 and 277/480.
