I met Lauren today for the first time, she was very professional and easy to talk to. She worked extra on areas of my body that I said were bothering me the most.
I feel much better than I did this morning.
Great Job
Thanks

At Lauren's studio "Fuel the Soul", I had a 1-hour yoga lesson with Greg followed by a 1-hour massage with Lauren. It was a wonderful experience. They are experts at their crafts and are warm, friendly people. I left feeling rejuvenated, uplifted and relaxed.

Lauren was able to accommodate seeing me on the same day I reached out, which was amazing considering I was in desperate need of neck relief before work the next day. My concerns were heard and addressed. I felt immediate relief of the tension I was feeling. Much appreciated!!

Thanks Lindsay ! Hope to see you again!

I went to Lauren for a deep tissue massage. I have a bad back and have been to a number of different masseuses before, but had never found one that I have stuck with. Lauren was extremely knowledgeable and professional. After telling her about my back issues, she suggested we try cupping as well as the deep tissue massage. I was hesitant at first because I have never tried cupping before but it was an amazing experience. She made me feel comfortable and gave me an incredible massage. My body has felt amazing in the days after the massage, and I will definitely be back!!
