- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basically pricing is done by breed, there may be some variation depending on size, type of coat behavior and/or dematting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take the time to let them know we are not there to hurt them. We let them feel loved and secure while with us. We do not rush them through any of the process. Our clients trusting us is on the top of the list for us.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Talk to friends, neighbors and even your vet. You may not hear our name but remember this: Bad news travels far and fast if there was something wrong they would all know about it.
