My main priority is creating a comfortable environment for my clients. I specialize in constructing an individualized program that will help them reach their goals. I make fitness and exercise easy for the mind and body to process which will in turn increase their confidence. My clients know they can be the best version of themselves every time they show up to a training session. For clients who want to train at least three times a week or lose weight in a timely fashion, I offer a monthly package deal that lowers the price of each session.

Most people who read reviews regarding personal trainers want to know whether or not this person will help them achieve their goals. I can say confidently that training with Jason will result in noticeable improvements in a short period of time. I've been working with him steadily for 4 months; I've lost 38lb, gone down 2 pants sizes and 3 shirt sizes. He's provided the structure, guidance, nutritional and fitness feedback and encouragement I've needed to achieve weight loss, as well as non-scale victories. No two workouts are the same, which is pretty creative considering we meet 3 times a week. Sessions are divided evenly between high intensity interval training and cardio. We've also begun to incorporate more significant strength training with free weights. I believe this combination has helped prevent my body from becoming comfortable and plateauing. He's willing to meet me where it's convenient to workout, and he's flexible and adjusts to my scheduling. We've trained outdoors and at the gym; believe me that no 2 workouts are the same. He comes to each session with a professional and engaging attitude, ready to focus the entire session on achieving your goal. He will keep you on point and accountable, as far as both your fitness and nutritional habits are concerned. This can be helpful for beginners and seasoned athletes alike, as nutritional habits are especially important to any fitness goals. I can say that he's helped me challenge myself and overcome physical and emotional barriers that had prevented my success in the past. He will work with you at whatever size or fitness level you're currently at and get you where you want to be. Likewise, his price is very fair and reasonable. If you want someone who's patient, equally committed to your success, willing to meet you literally and emotionally where you're at, and approaches fitness with an encouraging and positive attitude, Jason is the trainer for you. You'll be glad you've chosen him to be part of your fitness journey.

I was at a point in my life I was ready for a lifestyle and total change in my body and my health. As I approached my 40th birthday I wanted to just make the change. With the support of a friend ( Aziz ) who just motivated and inspired me to just do it, stop talking about it and make it happen. With that motivation I made it happen. I met with Jason who is only 10 + blocks from my house it was like it was meant to be!!! We met the Monday and it took off from there. I lost 18lbs within the first two weeks and followed Jason's lead. This has been and continues to be a great experience with him. His tough love, support , guidance balanced with a good sense of humor has made this process such an easy transition from a former sedentary lifestyle. Jason has tailored my workouts to my fit my fitness goals and made me realize I am stronger than I ever believed. there is a running joke we have that i came to him running 3.9 mph on the treadmill and I am now running at 8.0 mph. if you come to Jason follow his lead he will not stare you wrong. #itsnotadietitsalifetsylechange.

I don’t think I have enough words to express what I really think about Jason. He is so dedicated and passionate about helping you make your fitness goals that there is no doubt that his number one goal is you reaching yours! The energy and motivation that he brings to the table is above and beyond what any other trainer could offer. Not to knock other trainers- there are some amazing ones out there, Jason is just galaxies ahead! Now to the real stuff, the workout. Lord have mercy on your body, by the third exercise, your legs will be shaking, asking for water breaks, and sweat dripping all over your mat, but the best part is the motivation behind it. Even though I am hurting from every workout I am always wanting to come back in for more! I just completed my first 10 sessions with him, and I immediately registered for another month. I highly recommend Jason to anyone looking to make a change and achieve their potential! Thank you Jason!

The experience of working with Jason is incredible! He is proffesional, kind and dedicated to helping me reach my goal! After having a baby and gaining nearly 90 pounds you could imagine my body has gone through a huge transformation but with him encouraging and pushing me to strive for greatness i know i can do it. I highly recommend him to anyone who is intrested in loosing weight and having fun because he somehow manages to incorporate both.

I was looking for a trainer to help me jumpstart a healthier lifestyle.I met Jason after reading his profile on thumbtack. He's great ! He's motivating and the workouts are intense and never boring. I started with 10 sessions but after a few sessions I already signed up for 30 more sessions. I'm glad he's my trainer.
